Marsh & Moore is proud to celebrate Inside Sales Manager Jennifer Dorsey for being recognized as one of the industry’s Women in PHCP 2026, an annual honor highlighting outstanding leaders who are making an impact across the plumbing, heating, cooling, and piping (PHCP) industry.

Dorsey plays a critical role in Marsh & Moore’s operations, serving as a key partner to the company’s leadership team while helping oversee the entire sales administration process. In her role, she supports the development of marketing and sales strategies, monitors promotions and price changes, and ensures strong alignment between inside and outside sales teams — helping keep everyone moving in the same direction to better serve customers and partners.

Her passion for the trades is what originally drew her to the PHCP industry

“I admire the men and women in this field who give their all every day to make a difference,” Dorsey says.

Dorsey began her career in the construction industry in 1996, working on the contractor side in purchasing, where she gained a deep understanding of the construction process and the products that support it. Over time, she transitioned to the manufacturer’s representative side of the industry, where she has continued to build a reputation for leadership, dedication, and industry expertise.

Throughout her career, Dorsey has received multiple industry recognitions. She was named Milwaukee Tool Inside Salesperson of the Year in 2014, 2015, 2017, and 2018, and received the Milwaukee Tool Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022. In 2023, Milwaukee Tool renamed the Inside Salesperson of the Year award “The Jenn Dorsey Award” in her honor — a testament to the lasting impact she has made within the industry.

Dorsey also remains actively involved with several professional organizations, including the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) and the Association of Independent Manufacturers Representatives (AIM/R) through Marsh & Moore. She also participates in the American Supply Association (ASA) Women in Industry and the Southern Wholesalers Association (SWA) Women in Leadership groups. She credits Jennifer Rodriguez, CPMR, Executive Vice President at Marsh & Moore, as a key mentor who has helped guide her career.

Dorsey says the industry can better recruit and retain women by making sure pay is based on merit, not gender. And her advice for women entering the PHCP industry? Be confident.

“Get involved and build relationships, stay committed to listening and learning, and remain humble while proving you can do the job.”

Outside of work, Dorsey enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband, Brian, share life with their daughter, Ellis, and their dog, Jackson. Ellis keeps the family busy as a talented All-Star cheerleader, and Dorsey proudly describes herself as a “cheer mom.”

Marsh & Moore is honored to have Jennifer as part of the team and congratulates her on this well-deserved recognition.
